		Our Employees At Neo Products, we know that a product is only as good as those who create it. We take pride in the fact that our employees' have an average number of years in service of 7 years. At Neo Products, we continue analytical testing of our waste-water to eliminate any risk or adverse effect on the community's water supply. We conform to the rigorous standards of OSHA and HAZ-COM, and we recycle. Directions Take I-40 West from Nashville, TN or take I-40 East from Memphis, TN. Then: From I-40, take exit 80A (Highway 45 By-Pass South). Go south on 45 By-Pass to downtown Jackson (5 miles). Turn right on Highway 45 South (you will remain on Highway 45 all the way to the Neo Products). In south Jackson, look for McDonalds on the right. You are 9 miles from the plant. Continue on Highway 45 South, through Pinson, TN. 1.7 miles past Pinson, TN, look for the "Magic Valley Industrial Park" water tower on your left. Turn into the Industrial Park and make a right at the base of the water tower. We are the third building on the right.
